Save document to cloud storage by kingsoft office

Cloud Storage is the storage media files and documents online so it could be opened wherever we are.This service is free or paid. Some of these service providers such as Google Drive, Dropbox,Box and the others.Now I will give you how to store documents or files to Cloud Storage by a android aplication,Kingsoft Office..

In this application I do not find a way to send documents directly without opening the document.so we need to open a document that will be sent to Cloud Storage.Here how to do it

Open Kingsoft Office

Press icon in the red circle

tap the icon in the red circle to find the location of the document

Select the document to be opened

close the document and return to the front page

Perform a document recently opened,This document will be sent to Cloud Storage

Press icon in the red circle to send documents to Cloud Storage

Select service providers, i use Google Drive for example

signing in with google accounts

Press the red circle icon to start sending the document

Finished.., documents ' ve sent to Google Drive and you can access where course you are

Kingsoft Office is a free Office application for android version 2.1 or higher,Since Kingsoft Office has supported 23 types of files such as DOC, DOCX, TXT, XLS, xlsx, PPT, PPTX, PDF.

After the install is complete, open the Kingsoft Office It will show the front page of Kingsoft Office

Open icon in the red circle

Open the icon inside the red circle to create a new document

Select the document type that you want to create, Word,Memo,Presentation,Spreadsheet

To make dokument page has been opened

After you finish creating the document, then save the document to the desired file types

Select document storage locations , specify the document name and type and then press the Save button.

finis...the document has been stored according to the desired type such as doc or pdf.
